Agata STANDA

Agata Stańda, Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer, and Member of the Management Board at Solaris, oversees Solaris’ strategy and sustainability plans. From 2020 Agata has been responsible for the execution of Solaris’ management plans as part of the company’s strategy, including setting up ESG long-term action plans. With several years of experience, she has a proven track record in managing projects and teams across Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Her career includes valuable experience within various United Nations agencies and international consulting firms, where she has developed and executed strategies for public and private clients in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and transport. Agata holds degrees from the Poznań University of Economics and the ESCP Business School in Paris. She completed a two-year international Master's in Management program, studying in London, Paris, and Madrid.
