The following group rates are applicable only for groups of colleagues from the same organisation and purchasing the same ticket type.

Rates are listed per person and excluding VAT.

In order to benefit from the UITP Member rate, you must be a current UITP Member and have no outstanding payments for your membership. If you are unsure about your membership status, please contact: membership@uitp.org

If you are a UITP member and are currently part of the UITP Policy Board, a committee, a Global Transversal Working Group or a Regional Platform listed below, you benefit from an Exchange Pass at a reduced rate of €980 excluding VAT.

The Exchange pass allows access to all the main networking events, congress session, opening ceremony, exhibition, technical visits and more.

As a speaker there are two choices:

1. Get an Exchange pass at a reduced rate of €980 excluding VAT.  This  allows you to full access everything the Summit has to offer for the duration of the event (15-18 June 2025).or
2. Opt for a free Exchange pass allowing you access to all activities on the day of your presentation only.
