Notes:
- Public Day – A range of activities for the public will be organised in Hamburg highlighting the benefits and future of public transport.
- President’s Dinner – This event is by invitation only. Tickets are not available for purchase.
- Study Tours – Study tours will take place before or after the Summit. A detailed program overview will be available in early 2025.
Tickets & Passes
Passes will be available starting January 2025. The earlier you book the more you save.
Choose from 3 passes designed to help you get the most out of your time at the UITP Summit. Starting from this edition you can enjoy new work spaces, networking activities and as well as breakfast and lunch sessions.
Accommodation
CPO HANSER SERVICE is the official accommodation agency for the UITP Summit 2025, offering seamless hotel booking solutions. They act as an intermediary for individual bookings and manage accommodation requests for groups of 9 or more.
Starting in January 2025, an official booking platform will be available, providing an overview of hotels in Hamburg. Each hotel will be shown on a map, including the distance to Hamburg Messe.
Group booking requests can be made through a dedicated group booking form, which will also be available on the platform in January 2025.

UITP Summit 2025 Location
The UITP Summit will be held at Hamburg Messe, conveniently located in the city center.

The Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception on Sunday will take place at CCH – Congress Center Hamburg.
Travel to the UITP Summit
Both Hamburg Messe and the CCH are within walking distance from each other.
The UITP Summit is easily accessible by public transport, so you can reach the UITP Summit quickly and sustainably. Hamburg can be reached easily with direct trains from major German cities, including Berlin, Munich, Cologne and Frankfurt am Main.

Visas
If you require a supporting document from UITP to confirm your attendance at the UITP Summit for your visa, you can specify this in the registration form, and provide all the information required.
You must choose an Exchange or Expertise Pass and pay in full, before we can issue the supporting document to you.
