Xiaochan ZHANG

Zhang Xiaochan, with a doctoral degree, once served as the legal counsel of Beijing Wangfujing Department Store (Group) Co., Ltd. and a senior lawyer of Beijing Zhongsheng Law Firm. During that period, she also concurrently served as a supervisor of Beijing Huarui Sizhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Aizhi Ganchun Culture and Art Co., Ltd. From July 2017 to May 2020, she studied law at Emory University. Later, she served as a paralegal of Lucy Lu Associates and the Senior Legal Advisor for Mergers and Acquisitions of Midea Group Co., Ltd. Since November 2024, she has been serving as the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Risk Officer of Guangzhou Public Transport Group Co., Ltd.
