About Tower Transit Singapore Tower Transit Singapore (TTS) operates about 60 public bus services and over 700 buses on behalf of the Land Transport Authority. It manages seven bus interchanges and has a workforce of about 1,800 employees across two bus depots. About Winston Toh, MD, Tower Transit Singapore Winston Toh serves as Managing Director of public bus operator Tower Transit Singapore (TTS). He has been instrumental in the company's growth since joining in 2019. Under his leadership, TTS doubled its operational footprint in 2020 by successfully retaining its first contract and winning a second, expanding its share of the public bus network to 15%.

Winston's leadership is underpinned by extensive corporate experience, including roles as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at ST Engineering, Deputy CEO at the Workforce Development Agency, and General Manager at ST Electronics e-Services.

Before his corporate career, Winston served with distinction in the Singapore Armed Forces for 27 years, achieving the rank of Brigadier General. He is also the recipient of the prestigious Public Service Medal (PBM) and Public Service Star (BBM) state awards.

Known as a people-first leader, Winston regularly engages with frontline staff at bus interchanges, actively seeking feedback and offering encouragement.
