Ulf MIDDELBERG

Since May 2018, I, Dipl.-Geographer Ulf Middelberg, have been the Managing Director of "Leipziger Versorgungs- und Verkehrsgesellschaft", where I am responsible for corporate development, digitalization, and brand management. Additionally, I have served as the spokesperson for the management board of Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe since March 2011, overseeing the market and finance divisions.

I studied economic geography at the University of Münster and the University of Osnabrück. After completing my studies, I held senior positions with public transport authorities, NordWestBahn GmbH, Stadtwerke Osnabrück, and üstra Hannover. Alongside my professional role, I have also been a lecturer at the University of Osnabrück and the University of Applied Sciences Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel and remain active in VDV committees.
