Roberta SEGALINI

Roberta Segalini, a master’s degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, has been the Chief HR Officer for Group ATM since 2023, responsible for developing the new People & Culture strategy to enable business transformation across the 11,000 people of the Group in Italy, Denmark, Greece and France.

Roberta has gained HR experiences in multiple leadership roles across different industries, among which The Coca-Cola Company, Vodafone - both in Italy and in the UK -, Whirlpool Corporation - gaining responsibilities as HR Director for Global Engineering, EMEA Manufacturing and Supply Chain and leading the organization across the Whirlpool-Indesit merge and consolidation process. Before joining Group ATM, Roberta served as HR Director at Selecta, accelerating the transformation of the company along with KKR Investment fund. Roberta is proudly mum of Camilla, 10 years old.
