Richard HALL

Mr. Richard HALL is the Managing Director of Citybus Limited. He has established himself as an influential figure in public transportation through a robust foundation in business management and leadership skills. His expertise spans both private and public realms, giving him deep insights into transport systems and operational strategies across Hong Kong and internationally. Prior to joining Citybus in 2020, he proved his leadership prowess as Managing Director of Lothian Buses and at RATP Dev London.

Not only has Richard gained acclaim for his leadership capabilities but is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong as well as an active Council Member, and in addition an Honorary Fellow of The Institute of Transport Studies of HKU, while epitomising his role in transportation as the former Chair of the Scottish Confederation of Passenger Transport.
