Natalie RODRIGUEZ

Natalie Rodriguez Faria is the Head of Innovation at Hamburger Hochbahn AG, the second largest public transport operator in Germany. With a career spanning over 18 years in public transport consulting and working for the Hamburger Hochbahn, Natalie has made significant contributions to the field of mobility and transportation.

Natalie joined Hamburger Hochbahn in 2011 and has since held various strategic roles, including Senior Project Manager and Corporate Management Advisor, Lead Project Manager of Automated Driving in the Bus-Segment, and Tariff and Revenues Specialist. Her leadership in the HEAT-Project (Hamburg Electric Autonomous Transportation) from 2018 to 2021 showcased her expertise in managing innovative transportation solutions.

In her current role, Natalie oversees trend management, the execution of innovative projects and prototypes, and the implementation of open innovation approaches with external ecosystems. Her unit is dedicated to driving forward-thinking initiatives that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of urban transportation.
