Mari LEMBERG

Mari Lemberg has over 10 years of international experience from the elevator and escalator industry. She currently works in the modernization business line as a Sustainability and Circularity Senior Program Manager. For the past four years she has been leading and managing various sustainability and circularity related initiatives at KONE with an aim to help customers to future-proof vertical transportation ensuring safety, accessibility and sustainability.  Mari is a firm believer in the effectiveness of networking and collaboration across various stakeholder groups when accelerating the developments towards net zero. She has, for example, actively participated in internal and external programs accelerating circularity with companies from different industries. Mari has been a member of the UITP Sustainable Development Committee since 2023. She graduated from the University of Melbourne with a master’s degree in international business.
