As Operations Manager for Passenger Information at Île-de-France Mobilités, I oversee the quality of content delivered on our B2C and B2B platforms. I lead the operational team, coordinate with operators, manage disruption communication, and monitor the performance of information systems to support a seamless passenger experience. During the Olympic and Paralympic Games, I organized and worked on operating the dedicated transport app to help guide spectators as effectively and safely as possible.
