Lars TOFT KRAG

Lars Toft Krag has been at Metro Service for more than 20 years, where he started as a train dispatcher in the Copenhagen Metro’s control room. Since then, he has gained an in-depth knowledge and understanding of what it takes to operate a driverless metro. At Metro Service he is now the Operations Director, and in this role, he has been part of several new line openings and the extensive work that comes with it. With his expertise in what it takes to operate the Copenhagen Metro he can deliver a unique insight into what it takes to operate a metro 24/7 while maintaining tracks, systems and trains, and the extensive coordinating work with the maintenance department in making ends meet.
