Karine SBIRRAZZUOLI

Karine Sbirrazzuoli is Senior Director of Knowledge and Innovation at UITP. Becoming the first woman to lead UITP’s Knowledge and Innovation department, Karine is also a member of the association’s Management Board.

She has extensive experience in the information and communication industries and is particularly interested in innovation and information technologies. Karine specialises in smart cities, sustainable mobility, electric mobility, community management, e-reputation, and e-communication.

A native of France, with a career history in several European countries, Karine holds a DEA (Doctorate) in Computer Law, Masters in Private Law and ERASMUS LLM Business Law. She has graduated in May 2025 from CEU with US and Austrian degrees of Master of Business Administration in Global Executive Management.
