Farah Khemissi is a committed leader in the mobility sector, dedicated to delivering sustainable, efficient solutions that help travellers choose low-impact transport options. Originally from Algiers, she draws inspiration from the city’s evolving transport landscape. With an engineering background and a Master’s in Strategic Management of Sustainable Development from SKEMA Business School, Farah combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive MaaS (Mobility as a Service) initiatives. As VP Customer Success at Instant System, she oversees the seamless implementation of mobility platforms, working closely with clients, technical teams and stakeholders. Farah has led initiatives in accessible navigation and optimised cycling routes, partnering with shared-mobility providers to build integrated, sustainable transport networks.
