Current Secretary of Mobility and Infrastructure for the State of Espírito Santo, Fábio Damasceno holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering of São Bernardo do Campo (FEI). He pursued a master's degree in Transportation and holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He has been working in the transportation sector since 1996. He is also the President of the National Council of State Secretaries of Transport and Mobility (Consetram).
