Elsa Lanaud is an officer in charge of automated road transport and safety regulation at the Ministry of Transport, France. In this role she manages a number of projects on automated road passenger transport, the elaboration of safety protocols for AV demonstrations, as well as the development of international frameworks in the context of CCAM. A graduate of l’Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l'Etat, Elsa has worked in the area of automated vehicles for over five years, publishing a number of regulatory and economic analyses of the sector, particularly with a focus on regulatory frameworks.
