Diana HERNANDEZ-LOUIS

Diana Marie Hernandez-Louis provides technical and analytical leadership to ADB’s Transport Sector Office (Emerging Areas) in managing its projects, and knowledge activities. She has worked in various sectors of ADB including transport, energy, urban development, and regional cooperation for the past 15 years.

Prior to joining ADB, Diana worked for the Philippine national government leading coordination of official development assistance from multilateral and bilateral funding institutions, project development and management, and policy making. Diana holds master’s degree in International Development from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom (2009), and in Technology Management from the University of the Philippines (2010). She has also completed a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines (2003).
