The National Secretariat for Urban Mobility is responsible for managing investments aimed at improving the movement of people through urban, rail, road, land transport systems and all their modes, public transport policies, integration in metropolitan regions, accessibility, municipal mobility projects, street and avenue resurfacing programs, new roads and urban corridors, among other actions that contribute to the promotion of the quality of life of citizens in the cities where they live. Mr. Andia holds a degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and Social Communication and Marketing from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas). He is a former mayor of Santa Bárbara d'Oeste (SP) and an alternate federal deputy.
