Daphné GROSS-JANSEN

Daphne Gross-Jansen is senior policy officer for sustainable mobility at the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and deputy head of division for energy, urban development, and mobility. She joined BMZ in 2009 and worked in various positions including development education/ Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), Asia policy department, Policy issues of multilateral development policy, municipal development policy, financing for development, Agenda 2030 and was seconded to the Federal Foreign Office’s (AA) multilateral department. Before joining BMZ Ms Gross-Jansen worked on international migration, human and children’s rights and civic education. She trained as Latina American Scholar specializing in migration policies and social geography.
