Transport specialist and a data scientist working at the Transport and Energy Division at CAF - Development Bank of Latin America. In this role, she aims to contribute to urban mobility, and transport knowledge and technical assistance to the government in the region. She has developed the third edition of the urban mobility observatory for Latin America and advocates for reliable and robust data environments to make informed decisions in the sector. With almost ten years of experience in the private sector and consultancy on transport and urban modeling, road design and data science for urban mobility, as well as two years of safety and sustainability data-driven transport research. Catalina holds a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from UC, Berkeley, with a background in civil engineering from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina.
