I'm privileged to lead Modaxo, a global organization bringing together over 40 businesses that focus on technology that enables the daily movement of people, in the cities and towns around the world where we live and work, and that we serve. Aligned with our Parent Company, Constellation Software Inc (TSX:CSU), Modaxo is always looking to acquire, strengthen and grow technology companies that share our passion for public transportation, people mobility, parking and traffic management, and aviation and airports.

Basically any technology that enables people to move around as they live their lives. While Modaxo is just 5 years old, our businesses have been serving the Industry for over 30 years across all modes of transportation, covering all product sets. We never sell an acquired business, rather we invest forever, and that makes us think long term, seeking to providing enduring value to our customers.
