Jin Qiuhong holds a Master's degree in Economics and brings over years of government sector experience, specializing in state-owned enterprise supervision and management. Currently, she serves dual leadership roles: Chairwoman of Beijing Public Transport Corporation (BPTC), operating one of the world's largest municipal bus fleets with 23,000+ vehicles； Vice President of China Road Transport Association & President of its Urban Passenger Transport Division. Under her strategic leadership, BPTC has achieved significant breakthroughs in digital transformation, decarbonization initiatives, and service excellence.
