Dr Xiuming PAN

Mr. Pan Xiuming is currently the Chairman of Beijing Subway Operation Co., Ltd. in China. He is a professor-level senior engineer and a senior industry expert. He has been engaged in the construction organization, technical management, and corporate management of major projects such as domestic railways and urban rail transit for a long time. He has been responsible for the construction organization of multiple railway construction projects and the construction management of multiple subway lines. Since taking office in the subway company, he has been focusing on promoting the informatization, networking, digitization, and intelligence of operation management and services with the goal of "Smart Subway", continuously improving the levels of "safety, convenience for the people, and smooth operation" of the Beijing Subway, and making important and due contributions to assisting in the functional construction of the "Four Centers" and the improvement of the "Four Services" level of the capital city.
