A professional with 17 years of experience in the metrorail transport sector, responsible for Operational Strategies at the São Paulo Metro, leveraging experience gained in stations, the OCC, and currently in the operation administration and planning. Holding degrees in Law and Marketing, and currently pursuing an International Certification in Rail and Metro System Management from the Deutsche Bahn Academy in partnership with ITL Brazil. As head of operational strategies, a primary goal is to provide the best possible passenger experience, carefully balancing resources, sustainability, technological advancements, and public image within the dynamic environment of São Paulo. By planning operational routines, improving processes and performance, and striving to deliver exceptional daily service through the collaboration of multiple teams, we contribute to maintaining the São Paulo Metro's recognition as the city's best public service for the past seven years.
