Laurence Broseta is the International CEO of Keolis, where she leads the Group’s global development and operations across Rail, Metro, Tram, and Bus networks. Under her leadership, Keolis partners with Public Transport Authorities worldwide to deliver high-quality, sustainable mobility solutions. As part of the SNCF Group (France’s national rail operator), Keolis plays a key role in shaping the future of shared mobility services.
With over 25 years of experience in the transportation sector, Laurence is a seasoned engineer and executive. She began her career managing operations and maintenance for Metro, Trams and bus networks in the Paris region, before taking on international challenges in new infrastructure projects. Notably, she coordinated systems design for the High Speed 1 project in the UK and became the founding CEO of the Gautrain operating company in South Africa.
Her global impact continued with major rail infrastructure projects in India, Italy, and Algeria, followed by executive leadership roles in multinational companies, where she spearheaded transport service development across continents.
Laurence also brings five years of experience in the energy sector, having served as CEO of UGII, where she expanded liquid gas operations in Europe and laid the groundwork for a transition to renewable gas.
