Christophe Martin, Rolling Stock Manager at Le TEC in Belgium, holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a certification in coaching. After beginning his career as a research assistant, he joined Le TEC in 2004, where he now oversees bus procurement and maintenance processes for a fleet of 1,900 buses.

Active in the UITP Bus Committee since 2013, he has led several working groups on energy efficiency, safety standards, energy transition, and accessibility, and previously served as Vice-Chair before becoming Chairman in July 2025. His technical interests include energy efficiency, continuous improvement, alternative propulsion, cost reduction, and standardization. With 25 years of experience, he now places strong emphasis on the human dimension of projects. Trained in coaching, emotional and collective intelligences, he promotes trust, cooperation, harmony, and empowerment in his professional environment.
