Special group rates are available exclusively for 10 or more colleagues from the same organisation buying an Exchange Pass.

In order to benefit from the UITP Member rate, you must be a current UITP Member and have no outstanding payments for your membership. If you are unsure about your membership status, please contact: membership@uitp.org

Participants from Developing Nations benefit from a special discount to attend UITP Summit with an Exchange pass.

Developing Nations eligibility is always based on the company’s headquarters’ address regardless of employee’s station or the branch or subsidiary location of the company. Find the list of the eligible low and middle income countries on the World Bank website (list at the bottom of the page).

As an Exhibitor or Sponsor, you can attend the entire congress and the networking activities with an Exchange Pass available at an exclusive rate: 

• €980 until 26 January 2026
• €1,260 from 27 January 2026 until 9 March 2026
• €1,470 from 10 March 2026

As a speaker at the Congress or Expo Sessions, you have two options:

• Get an Exchange pass at a reduced rate of €980 excluding VAT. This allows you to full access everything the Summit has to offer for the duration of the event (21-23 April 2026) .Or
• Opt for a free Exchange pass allowing you access to all activities on the day of your presentation only and visit the 3-day exhibition.

Upon confirmation, speakers will receive detailed instructions for registration. For any questions regarding the Call for Speakers, please contact speakers_summit@uitp.org.

You are not eligible to use these options if you are speaking at a side event.

If your organisation is a UITP Awards finalist, the person representing your organisation must attend the UITP Summit in Dubai (21 to 23 April 2026) where the ceremony will take place.

As a finalist your organisation must buy one Exchange ticket at a special price of €980 excl. VAT.

If your representative has already bought an Exchange ticket, you can use the special rate to buy an Exchange ticket for a colleague.

Press registration will open soon. Registration as press is subject to approval by the UITP Press Office.
