Your brand will be featured on Dubai Nol cards distributed to all Summit delegates (Expertise, Exchange, and Elevate pass holders). The Dubai Nol card is a rechargeable smart card used for accessing public transport in Dubai, including metro, buses, trams, and water buses.
You will also organize the transfer of all Elevate pass holders from the airport to the Convention Centre or their hotel. With a focus on electric vehicles and sustainable transport, and full ownership of fleet operations and logistics, this is your opportunity to make your brand visible to industry leaders and lead the first journey of every Elevate guest.
Your Commitment & Services
- You organize and operate a Summit-branded Elevate Desk at the airport to welcome Elevate pass holders and provide them with transfer service to their hotel or the Convention Centre. The desk branding will include your logo and is subject to UITP approval.
- You operate a fleet of electric vehicles departing from the airport every 15–20 minutes. The fleet will consist of spacious vehicles (minimum 5-seaters), allowing multiple passengers per trip (collective mobility service).
